Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No minimum, no code required.

We currently ship to US addresses only. International shipping is coming soon — contact us to get on the notification list.

How We Fulfill Orders

Every Synergistic Football product is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your shirt is printed specifically for you after you place your order — which is why it takes a few days before it ships. Making products on demand helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Production Time

After your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, expect delivery within 3–5 business days via standard US ground shipping. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 5–10 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Color variation (slight color differences between screen and physical product are normal with garment-dyed items)

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide and variant options carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no charge. To request a replacement:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Include your order number
Attach a clear photo showing the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing after 5 business days, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
