We make every Synergistic Football product to order. Here's exactly how shipping works — costs, timelines, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

FREE US SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE on all orders within the United States. No minimum order. No code required.

Just add what you want to your cart and check out.

PRODUCTION TIME

Every order is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. After you place your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships (not from when you place it).

  • United States: 3–5 business days (Free)
  • United States: 1-2 business days ($8.00)

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link in that email to follow your package in real time. If you don't see the email after 5 business days from placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Once production starts, we cannot change the shipping address.

If you need to update an address, contact us immediately at our Contact page. We can sometimes update before production begins, but we can't guarantee it.

Packages returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses are not eligible for a free reshipment. The customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors, doormen, and your local carrier first
2. Wait 5 business days — carriers occasionally mark packages "delivered" before they actually arrive
3. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help

We can't guarantee replacement for packages marked as delivered, but we will always work with the carrier on your behalf.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

MULTIPLE ITEMS, MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on which Printful facility produces each item. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. This is normal and doesn't affect your delivery timeline.

PROCESSING DELAYS

During major launches, holidays, or unforeseen events (extreme weather, supplier issues, etc.), production and shipping times may take longer than usual. We'll notify you if your order is significantly delayed.
