Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. Here's exactly how returns, refunds, and replacements work at Synergistic Football.

THE QUICK VERSION

Every Synergistic Football product is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Slight color variation on garment-dyed products (this is normal and intentional — no two are identical)

We will replace, free of charge, any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, here's how to get it sorted:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number
3. Attach a clear photo showing the damage or defect

Reach out through our Contact page. We'll review and respond within 2 business days. Approved cases get a free replacement — no need to ship the original back.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong product, color, or size due to a fulfillment error on our end (not yours), we'll replace it at no charge. Same process as above — contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors and your local carrier first
2. Wait 5 business days (carriers sometimes mark packages "delivered" early)
3. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number — we'll work with the carrier on your behalf

We can't guarantee replacement for packages that show as delivered, but we'll always do our best to help resolve it.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin production immediately, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. If you need to cancel, contact us as fast as possible. After production starts (typically 1–2 hours after ordering), we can no longer cancel.

ADDRESS ERRORS

If you enter the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. We can update it before production starts. Once your order has shipped, we can't redirect it — and packages returned to sender due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

When a refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes:

- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–3 business days

If you don't see your refund after this window, contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

SALE & LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS

Sale items and limited-edition drops (including the 48 Nations Drop) follow the same defect-replacement policy above. They are not eligible for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns.

HOW TO AVOID ISSUES BEFORE ORDERING

We strongly recommend:

- Reading the size guide on each product page carefully
- Double-checking your shipping address at checkout
- Reading the product description — especially the "garment-dyed" note, which means slight color variation between shirts is normal
