Welcome to Synergistic Football. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of synergistic-football.myshopify.com and any related websites operated by Synergistic Football LLC ("Synergistic Football," "we," "us," or "our"), including any purchases you make from us.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts

You may browse and order as a guest, or create an account to save your information. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Products

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means each item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

  • Product descriptions and photos are provided in good faith. Garment-dyed items have natural variation between units — slight differences in color, finish, and fit are intentional and not defects.

  • Colors on screen may differ from physical products due to monitor settings.

  • Availability is limited. Once a design or variant sells out, we may not restock it.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our checkout page.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices, even after an order has been confirmed. In such cases, your full payment will be refunded.

  • You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including shipping and tax.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed contract. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Our Shipping & Returns policy and Refund Policy are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

  • Shipping is free within the United States; we currently do not ship internationally.

  • Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind.

  • Damaged, misprinted, or defective items will be replaced at no cost when reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, photography, logos, written copy, and the "48 Nations Drop" artwork — is the original work of Synergistic Football LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, sell, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link on social media) is permitted.

The Synergistic Football name and logo are trademarks of Synergistic Football LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No Affiliation with FIFA or Official World Cup Bodies

Synergistic Football is an independent fan-apparel brand. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup organizing committee, any participating national football federation, or any official World Cup sponsor or licensee.

References to "World Cup 2026" and the names of participating nations are used descriptively. National flag colors are public domain. We do not use FIFA-trademarked logos, mascots, emblems, or stylized tournament marks. For officially licensed FIFA merchandise, please visit FIFA's official channels.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site or place orders, except for publicly available search engine indexing

  • Resell our products commercially without our written permission

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or other customers

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, cancel orders, and ban users who violate these Terms.

User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to the Site or to our social media (for example, by tagging @synergistic.football), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our marketing and business — including reposting on our channels and using in advertising. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you submit.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services (such as Instagram, Printful, payment processors, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or business practices of any third-party site. Following an external link is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergistic Football LLC and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site

  • Any product purchased through the Site

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content

  • Unauthorized access to your account or personal data

  • Any other matter relating to the Site or our products

Our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site or a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergistic Football LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at synergistic.football@gmail.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Most issues are resolved within a few business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections under the laws of their country or state of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
